The subject of ”  female hair removal  ” comes up very, even far too often! We women have a really hard time going beyond the standards and what society imposes on us. So much so that we convinced ourselves that “we can’t stand hair” and that “it’s really ugly”.

Well here’s a new source of inspiration: A year ago, fitness blogger Morgan Mikenas decided to stop waxing. She was tired of following the beauty standards imposed by society and of the idea that we do what femininity should or should not be. 

Morgan realized that she deserved to be loved as she was and decided to take the great adventure of love and self-acceptance.


Today Morgan is happy and doesn’t shave at all. However, she doesn’t try to convince others to do the same. She is, I find, a great source of inspiration. Magnificent young woman who assumes herself, what is more beautiful?

Not just a woman, but everyone! Accept and love your body and your “flaws” because you know they are what makes you who you are. If you are focused on being true to yourself at all times, you are less concerned with what other people are thinking, which will lead to peace of mind. When you have nothing to hide and can freely be yourself, there is a deep peace / trust that you will emanate into the world and inspire others. ✨💝🤘🤘🏼

Ever since I moved to Vegas, I have entered public in shorts / tank top / swimsuits… completely exposing my body hair. It was a pleasant surprise for me! People here don’t look at me like I’m different and recognize me as a genuine human being. ☺🙏🙏🏼💖(And that’s how it should be). But negativity has taught me to be fearless and confident… and that’s all it takes to overcome negativity 🙂And I’m sure I’ll encounter negativity here someday, because negativity is everywhere and inevitable… but I feel super lucky that I haven’t had to take care of it yet! All I hope to do is teach acceptance. Acceptance of practice, not judgment. 💝 “

“You don’t realize how far you’ve come until you look back to where it all began. The photo on the left is from 2 years ago, before I got into bodybuilding… I was not satisfied with many aspects of my life, mentally and physically… I decided it was time for a change …. and I never looked back. The image on the right is me currently… the same bikini, but happier / healthier /  🙂I’m a completely new person inside and out, and couldn’t be more proud of myself.☺😌
Gaining muscle takes time, discipline, dedication, patience and above all consistency. You won’t get instant results and it won’t happen overnight… It’s a long process… BUT if you stick to it, you can achieve whatever you set out to do! 💗😎#fitness

Current physique of 3 weeks without lifting due to injury. I’m definitely missing the pump and endorphins for sure, but I love where I am right now. Enjoy your trip. Don’t love yourself less because you don’t have a sit-up or because you weigh a few pounds more. And I’m fully aware that my hair is clearly visible in this photo, and that’s why I posted it. I have received beautiful emails from women whom I have inspired to stop waxing and who I have helped to go on the journey to self-love. It is for this reason that I refuse to stop sharing my natural self. So if that’s a problem, don’t follow me! For most of my life I chased acceptance and love from others,Love me for who I am, and not have to change anything about myself to be accepted…
Appreciate yourself and the changes you are going through. Don’t be so hard on yourself
